Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer recruiting activities, including candidate communication and interview scheduling
  • Review resumes, disposition applicants promptly, and conduct pre-screen or recorded interviews
  • Manage interview-day logistics and candidate flow
  • Support pre-employment contingencies and new hire paperwork
  • Track and report candidate activity using applicant tracking systems and related tools
  • Build strong working relationships with candidates and internal partners

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of administrative or recruiting support experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and frequent interruptions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS/HCM systems (iCIMS preferred)
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
