Description:

This position is ideal for an experienced professional who can work independently to deliver high-quality technical and functional solutions across diverse customer engagements. The role focuses on implementing Oracle’s innovative products and technologies in alignment with customer specifications and business goals.
The Senior Consultant will perform a range of consulting tasks that require analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technical expertise. Candidates will operate with minimal supervision, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, customer satisfaction, and compliance with Oracle methodologies.
Independently manage consulting assignments while ensuring deliverables meet Oracle’s quality and compliance standards.
Implement Oracle products and technology to fulfill client-specific requirements.
Exercise sound judgment and technical acumen to deliver effective business and technology solutions.
Support customers on moderately complex projects through functional and technical expertise.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify, analyze, and resolve client issues efficiently.
Maintain a professional client relationship and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
Apply Oracle methodologies and best practices in all consulting engagements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: Intermediate-level consulting experience, preferably within Oracle’s product ecosystem.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
Excellent communication, documentation, and client interaction skills.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud solutions and project management methodologies.
Hourly Rate: $25.48 – $60.63
Monthly Equivalent: $4,416 – $10,544
Annual Range: $53,000 – $126,100
Eligible for bonus and equity options based on performance.
