Who You Are
- A college junior, senior, or recent graduate (up to six months post-graduation)
- A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
- A strong communicator with an interest in storytelling, branding, and digital marketing
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
As a Business Development Intern, you will be on the front lines to support our business development initiatives, driving exciting growth for the organization. You will work closely with Business Development leadership and operations on projects and tasks that helps the greater organization produce leads and convert pursuits.
- Partner with Business Development and Organic teams to provide brand and client research, agency relationships, and annual revenue to qualify prospective clients.
- Assist with content creation for RFIs, RFPs and pitch responses.
- Support administrative duties related to a pitch including securing meetings, capturing meeting notes and next steps, creating client profiles, and assisting in pitch production and development.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Growth team to save and organize important new business content for future use.
- Work closely with the outbound and prospecting team to support lead generation programs and event management.
Qualifications
- A college junior, senior, or recent graduate (up to six months post-graduation).
- A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A strong communicator with an interest in storytelling, branding, and digital marketing.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Able to work with a sense of urgency under tight deadlines.
- You love to stay on top of the latest trends, strategies, and technologies as well as how competitors within the industry are doing things.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. Salesforce experience is a plus.
