We are looking for students pursuing their bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Throughout this summer internship program, you'll get exposure to real projects and challenges while gaining first-hand professional experience. At Clearway, you'll gain access to an innovative and fast-paced work environment. You'll also participate in networking and learning events with your fellow intern cohort.
What You'll Be Doing
The Human Resources Intern Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Provide primary support to the HR Talent team, partner with the Talent Acquisition team, and across the business in a client-facing role
- Assist in the recruiting process by providing front-end assistance with sourcing, scheduling interviews, assisting with offers, and maintaining the email inbox.
- Assist with moderately complex HR activities including preparation of reports, developing metrics, supporting programs (e.g., diversity & inclusion, performance reviews, etc.), and other projects as needed
- Provide positive customer service by responding to employees and managers on training-related questions. .
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, integrity, respect, and teamwork in all matters.
- Assist with special projects as assigned

- Strong ability in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
- Experience with HR Databases, HRIS Systems, and Talent systems, preferably Kronos, SalesForce, and Lumesse, TalentLink a plus.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, bias for action, and deliver results.
- A positive attitude, highly motivated, and the ability to maintain a culture that is based on teamwork, respect, and integrity.
