International Program Manager

 

Description:

DLL is seeking an International Program Manager (IPM) for its LifeTech division, responsible for developing and managing regional and local programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving program profitability. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage programs across multiple countries and regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Formulate program plans in close collaboration with the Global Business Unit (GBU) Management Team, ensuring resource alignment with sales management and business objectives.

  • Program Execution: Lead and control program execution across regions, ensuring vendor relationships are optimized and value-added products and services are delivered.

  • New Program Implementation: Support the rollout of new programs across various countries and regions, expanding existing programs and driving program success.

  • Partner Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, managing program performance and ensuring alignment with DLL’s broader strategy.

  • Sales Targets: Plan and communicate sales targets for each country, supporting program sales activities.

  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and monitor commercial KPIs and optimize the program based on performance, working closely with the GBU CFO and Director of Program Management.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing support, training, and information as required.

  • Leadership: Manage and guide local/regional program managers, overseeing their performance and ensuring they meet program objectives.

Compensation & Benefits:
