Description:
Generate and communicate with investor leads as part of the US Investor Relations Team.
Report to the Head of Investor Relations and collaborate closely with the team for strategy alignment.
Identify and connect with potential leads for USA real estate investments through various outreach methods, including cold calling and cold messaging.
Source and create relevant target lead lists, segment leads based on investment focus, location, size, and other factors.
Qualify leads and manage them in CRM, updating details, interaction history, and follow-up schedules.
Conduct prospect research to identify potential lead lists and develop outreach strategies via social media, in-person meetings, and more.
Provide investment updates for clients, ensuring compliance with data protection laws in all activities.
Comfortable handling tedious and repetitive tasks to ensure consistent progress.
2-5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or similar fields.
Effective communication skills to craft tailored messages to potential leads.
Proficiency in CRM systems for managing leads and investor relations.
Self-starter with a flexible, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.
A strong network of accredited investors is preferred.
Fluent in Spanish (or another second language) is preferred.
Familiarity with social media and modern internet-based technologies.
Experience communicating with accredited investors and/or family offices.
Ability to make the most out of each day, handle rejection, and stay motivated.
Enthusiasm and persistence for prospecting and engaging with potential leads.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain complex concepts.
