Description:
EY is seeking experienced IT Analysts (Managers) to join its Service Delivery Center – Finance Quality Engineering division within the Financial Services Office (FSO). This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, finance, and consulting while leading high-impact testing and quality engineering initiatives for clients across multiple industries.
The position involves providing subject matter expertise in application testing and driving transformational changes in how organizations deliver IT quality assurance. You will design, plan, and implement QA strategies for large-scale testing projects while guiding teams and developing innovative client solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead testing and quality engineering strategies for large-scale, complex client projects.
Drive transformation in testing methodologies, including test automation, UAT, performance testing, and data validation.
Manage and mentor teams of 4+ professionals, ensuring delivery of quality client services.
Develop and sustain strong client relationships across multiple levels.
Demonstrate technical expertise in Agile methodologies, automation frameworks, and IT lifecycle management.
Contribute to business development opportunities and practice growth by sharing knowledge, developing engagement tools, and innovating processes.
Collaborate with diverse teams in a client-serving capacity with frequent domestic travel (up to 50%).
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Significant experience in quality engineering, IT lifecycle, and automation frameworks.
Proven ability to lead testing teams and manage client expectations.
Industry certifications such as ISTQB, PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or SAP.
Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
