Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for the development team.

• Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

• Assist in creating process flows, use cases, and user stories.

• Support testing activities by defining acceptance criteria and validating deliverables.

• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders and leadership.

• Based on changes in the business work environment, job responsibilities can change, and removed accordingly. Additionally, this position will perform other duties as required, and participate in special projects as deemed necessary and appropriate by Management.

Minimum Skills & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree.

Experience: 4-6 years of relevant work experience

• Experienced in facilitating system development projects by coordinating with business users to clarify requirements and effectively communicating them to developers.

• Ability to multi-task and a fast learner.

• Possess basic technical knowledge, including programming and database concepts, to effectively collaborate with developers, understand underlying technical aspects, and leverage this knowledge to drive projects forward.

• Understanding of the banking industry and related business processes to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Office products.

• Must be versatile, able to work effectively independently or as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Flexible to work beyond regular office hours at times based on business needs.
