Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Global Workplace Services (GWS) team. This role will focus on business process alignment/analysis, and lead IT Data solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with various teams, stakeholders, and business owners to elicit requirements and align process changes.
- Support Snowflake data ingestion, modeling, and performance optimization; leverage SnowPro certifications (Core/Advanced) to guide best practices.
- Manage data quality, governance, and scalable pipelines across AWS/Azure Data Lake environments, ensuring secure and reliable data operations.
- Drive integration and solution design across Cloud (AWS/Azure) platforms, incorporating AI/ML and Generative AI–based automation where applicable.
- Build and enhance datasets, dataflows, and dashboards in Power BI, utilizing Power BI Data Analyst (PL‑300) certification knowledge for high‑quality analytics delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements and processes.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with Business, IT teams, and other stakeholders throughout various project phases.
- Experience with configuring application settings, user management of cloud applications.
- Take ownership of technical solutions from design, Various Data Integrations, Data Security, Data access and architecture perspective, ensure the right direction.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Test enhancements and bug fixes; coordinate user acceptance testing.
- API Integrations with third party tools and Project Management skills
- Ensure deliverables are completed within timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
- Continuous Improvement, Mitigating the risks within business processes and IT solutions
- Process automations experience good to have like UIPATH, AI Automations and Advanced Data Analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with HTML, SQL, Web applications, .Net integrations, moderate AI/ ML capability driven transformation.
- Certifications and Previous Experience in Snowflake and Power BI Analytics
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Eight years of experience in roles such as Business Process Associate, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master
- Strong domain knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and Facilities Management processes
- Experience designing and supporting EH&S and Facilities Management platforms (e.g., Cority, Nuvolo, Procore)
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, develop functional specifications, and deliver reporting solutions from design through deployment
- Hands-on experience with business analytics tools such as Snowflake, Power BI, or Palantir
- Experience with cloud architecture and cloud application administration (AWS, Azure, or Oracle)
- Demonstrated expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation of current-state and future-state business processes
- Proficiency with Visio, Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, and related platforms
- Experience delivering end-to-end projects using Agile methodologies
- Strong time management and client-facing skills, with the ability to meet demanding deadlines
- Ability to recommend innovative solutions maximising new technologies and industry trends
