As a Client Solutions Director, you will leverage your technical sales expertise to build partnerships, identify staffing needs, propose innovative solutions, and lead the end-to-end client engagement process. You’ll work in a supportive, high-performance environment that rewards initiative, innovation, and success.
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with enterprise clients and hiring managers to generate technology staffing and IT solutions business.
Develop new accounts and expand opportunities through strategic networking, cold outreach, virtual meetings, client visits, and event participation.
Create and execute effective account strategies to win and grow new and existing business.
Collaborate with internal teams to conduct discovery sessions, analyze client requirements, and recommend tailored staffing or IT solutions.
Manage the entire client and candidate lifecycle—from job qualification to interviews and final offers.
Mentor recruiting teams to optimize search strategies, candidate evaluation, and client engagement.
Partner with onshore recruiting teams to ensure effective delivery and client satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their technology challenges and aligning them with STAND 8’s advanced capabilities.
Experience: 3–6+ years in IT staffing business development, with a strong record of success in delivering technical staffing solutions.
Technical Understanding: Ability to comprehend complex technologies and translate them into client value propositions.
Relationship Skills: Proven ability to build strong client relationships, recognize client needs, and deliver impactful solutions.
Analytical Abilities: Skilled in reviewing technical job descriptions and matching them with appropriate candidates.
Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Base Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Uncapped Commission: Competitive structure with significant earning potential

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote, with client visits as needed
