The trainer will play a key role in equipping participants with the skills needed to thrive in todays competitive environment. The role requires strong subject matter expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to create hands-on, practical learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured training sessions on IT fundamentals and business development strategies.

Develop customized training materials, presentations, and real-life case studies.

Mentor and guide learners, ensuring clarity and confidence in applying skills.

Use online platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.) to conduct interactive virtual training sessions.

Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with program coordinators and other trainers to continuously improve training quality.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelors degree (or equivalent professional experience).

Prior experience in IT, Business Development, or related training roles.

Strong instructional design and content development skills.

Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.

Ability to explain technical and business concepts in a simple, beginner-friendly way.

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online training tools.
