Essential Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with technical product owners, IT resources, and stakeholders to understand and analyze business needs, goals, and processes.

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and detailed document analysis to gather and document comprehensive system requirements.

• Partner with architects, developers, and DevOps teams to validate solution feasibility and scalability.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or a similar role.

• Proven experience with low-code platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native applications.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Git, Jenkins, and containerization.

• Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or SAFe certifications preferred.

Skills Needed:

• In-depth understanding of automation, monitoring, and logging tools.

• Proficiency with business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio and Lucidchart.

• Familiar with project management platforms including ADO, Jira, and Asana.

• Strong analytical and root cause analysis capabilities.

• Solid understanding of business processes and ERP/CRM systems.

• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.

• Strong project management abilities to ensure successful project execution.

• Highly adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and systems.

• Independent worker with the ability to thrive in collaborative environments.

• Capable of working with cross-functional teams across departments.
