Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused IT Consulting Program Manager to Manage the strategic Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, and Application Development Projects. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered with customer success at the forefront, balancing scope, risk, change, and expectation management while driving value-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Define and manage program roadmaps, ensuring scope clarity and preventing scope creep.
- Lead program execution, coordinating cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations.
- Lead change management processes, including preparing and managing change orders, to adapt project scope to evolving customer needs.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring smooth program execution.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, providing executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive project plans, including Gantt charts, outlining project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Drive Agile and hybrid methodologies to optimize program execution and delivery efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Foster a results-driven, collaborative environment that promotes accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the project team.
- Lead contract negotiations, SOWs, and business discussions with clients to ensure mutual success.
- Communicate proactively with customers, providing clear updates and managing expectations effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience managing large-scale projects in Cloud/AI/Digital Transformation/Application Development environments.
- Proven expertise in customer engagement and expectation management, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Extensive experience in scope, risk, change, and financial management to ensure smooth project execution and strategic decision-making.
- Strong leadership in onshore-offshore delivery models, managing geographically dispersed teams across time zones.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project methodologies, with experience leading Agile ceremonies and driving team efficiency.
- Experience in budget forecasting, resource management, and financial governance, ensuring cost-effective program execution.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar) for tracking progress, risks, and deliverables.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of resolving project roadblocks and aligning technical efforts with business strategy.
- PMP, SAFe Agile, or CSM certification is a plus.
