Yoh, a leading talent and outsourcing company, is seeking an IT Implementation Solutions Analyst for an on-site role in Irving, Texas. The successful candidate will support a client’s ongoing IT initiatives by providing end-to-end implementation, user training, and system feedback for ERP system deployments and enhancements.

The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business units and IT product owners, offering system training, collecting user feedback, managing rollout activities, and enhancing user adoption of new IT features. This role involves high visibility and collaboration across multiple office locations and travel up to 50% domestically.

This opportunity is 100% on-site and requires candidates to be based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Visa sponsorship is not available, and third-party applicants will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather feedback from users across various locations and relay insights to IT Product Owners for future improvements.

• Deliver presentations at divisional and regional meetings to update stakeholders and gather feedback on new IT features.

• Conduct subject matter trainings across diverse employee groups.

• Assist in the development of training materials and documentation related to ERP system deployments.

• Identify business and technology gaps and contribute to building viable, scalable solutions.

• Support the rollout and user adoption of new features and system updates.

• Cultivate relationships with employees at all levels to better understand operational challenges and translate them into IT solutions.

• Collaborate with product teams to support the full product development lifecycle.

• Assist with implementation process improvements and promote adoption of best practices within the Service Center.

Required Qualifications:

• Local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area with ability to work on-site in Irving, TX (Monday–Friday).

• Willing and able to travel up to 50% domestically.

• Experience with ERP systems, training development, implementation, and stakeholder engagement.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across various departments and levels.

• Ability to present technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Hands-on experience supporting IT product development and lifecycle initiatives.

Additional Details:

• This is a contract position; pay rate is determined based on experience and qualifications.

• Estimated Pay: $33.00–$36.00/hour ($5280–$5760/month).
