Role Overview:

The ERP IT Manager will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and associated logistics and finance IT systems. This leadership role requires managing a team of IT professionals and third-party vendors, ensuring system stability, compliance, and service excellence, while driving continuous improvement in IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize ERP and satellite systems across Logistics and Finance departments.

• Lead ERP projects from planning through delivery and ongoing support.

• Manage a team of ERP professionals and external vendors to ensure high-quality service.

• Ensure system stability, regulatory compliance, and maintain high standards of service excellence.

• Maintain a portfolio of logistics and finance applications, enhancing their quality and performance.

• Drive continuous improvements and stay updated on emerging IT technologies and industry trends.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Extensive experience managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).

• 5+ years managing IT teams and external vendors.

• Strong knowledge of project and service management methodologies such as ITIL, PMP, and Agile/Scrum.

• Additional expertise in EDI/API integrations, BI dashboards, and reporting solutions.

• Proven leadership capabilities in ERP & Logistics IT environments.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary range of $170000 to $185000.
