We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our organization's technology operations and ensure the alignment of our IT strategy with business goals. The IT Manager will be responsible for managing IT projects, ensuring data security, and optimizing network performance to support our company's growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the business objectives.
- Manage and supervise the IT team, providing guidance and support to ensure performance and professional development.
- Oversee the company's network infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security of data.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the performance of IT operations and projects.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards regarding data protection and privacy.
- Manage IT budget, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Plan and implement IT projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, with a focus on networking.
- CCNA certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
- Experience in establishing and monitoring KPIs for IT operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
