We are seeking an experienced IT PMO Coordinator to support technology governance, project coordination, and innovation initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Coordinate approvals for new tools, applications, and technology solutions
✅ Partner with Project Managers, Compliance, Security, and Risk teams
✅ Track and manage required documentation for technology implementations
✅ Support innovation programs and AI-focused initiatives
✅ Coordinate training workshops, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities

Required Qualifications:
✔ 8+ years of PMO / Project Coordination experience
✔ Recent experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Financial Services, or FinTech environments
✔ Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
✔ Experience working with Compliance, Risk, and Security teams
✔ Stable work history with long-term project engagements preferred
