Key Responsibilities of the IT Project Manager:
- Oversee multiple technology related projects from planning through implementation, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables remain on track.
- Coordinate communication between business partners, leadership teams, and technical resources while providing clear updates on progress, challenges, and key decisions.
- Maintain project governance processes through comprehensive reporting, risk tracking, issue management, meeting facilitation, and action item follow up.
- Support Agile delivery practices by participating in planning activities, review sessions, team ceremonies, and ongoing delivery coordination.
- Develop and manage project dashboards, performance metrics, and documentation tools to improve transparency, accountability, and decision making.
Qualifications and Skills for the IT Project Manager:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading technology focused projects involving software solutions, enterprise systems, or digital platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum frameworks and large scale planning practices within collaborative development environments.
- Strong proficiency with project management and collaboration platforms, including extensive experience creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership while managing competing priorities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, along with a solid understanding of application development lifecycles and project delivery best practices.
