The Alamo Colleges District, an award-winning network of five colleges in the Greater San Antonio area, is seeking an experienced IT Services Analyst to join their team. The district, known for its commitment to empowering diverse communities, serves over 70,000 students annually, focusing on economic and social mobility. As a district of Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) and the nation’s only HBCU (Historically Black College and University), it provides a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

The IT Services Analyst will be responsible for providing analytic and diagnostic services and leveraging high-level technical skills to ensure efficient results in the IT services operations. This role demands expertise in enterprise-level IT systems deployment, configuration, and support. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of six years of relevant experience.

Preferred qualifications include a degree in a computer-related field and a Master's degree. The successful candidate will also need to possess and maintain a valid driver's license and meet the organization’s insurance and background check requirements, which include a Motor Vehicle Report and drug screening.
