MOHR Talent, on behalf of their client in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a highly motivated IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their recruitment team in a contract-to-hire capacity. This position is focused on full-cycle IT recruitment and requires a skilled recruiter who can manage multiple technology requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will thrive in high-volume recruiting, have strong interpersonal skills, and bring a proven track record of successfully hiring IT professionals across various domains. With an emphasis on partnership, collaboration, and execution, this role is vital in attracting and retaining top technology talent for the client organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with technology leaders and HR business partners to define hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT positions, including software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and systems support.

  • Manage and coordinate the full interview process, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience.

  • Provide market insights on IT hiring trends, competitor activity, and salary benchmarking, especially within financial services.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and progress updates within the ATS.

  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.

  • Act as an ambassador for the client’s culture and values in all candidate interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven success in recruiting IT professionals in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

  • Previous experience in financial services or wealth management technology recruiting strongly preferred.

  • Strong technical knowledge across development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data-related skill sets.

  • Ability to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruiting platforms.
