Junior Graphic Designer

Description:

We’re seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team at Butterfly Creative Projects. You'll be responsible for supporting the design process by handling production tasks and contributing your creativity to a variety of projects for print, digital, and social media. This is a part-time role with potential for growth based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage production work, including artwork resizing, minor edits, exporting in various file types, and packaging final artwork.
• Assist in creating design assets for print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Present your design work and clearly explain the thought process behind it.
• Understand project requirements and collaborate on creative ideas.
• Incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
• Portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva, and Google Slides/Docs.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, creative, and organized.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
