Key Account Manager

 

Description:

A Key Account Manager is responsible for acquiring new business from prospects and existing accounts through sales of LexisNexis Risk solutions within a designated territory or business vertical across the US region.

You will plan, organize, and execute sales campaigns to increase revenue generation from existing accounts. The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit and will be able to schedule and present LexisNexis Risk solutions using an array of media including online demonstrations, online meetings, and direct marketing. Working closely with LexisNexis Risk pre-sales functions the role will require you to interact closely with the wider LexisNexis Risk sales functions to plan and manage the sales process.

Experience

  • Track record of working with existing accounts and creating transformational revenue growth.
  • Understanding and experience with sales methodologies, ideally Value Based Selling
  • Knowledge and understanding of a B2B sales process.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized and be able to manage own time.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of our customers and the business
  • Experience in selling in a subscription-based business model preferable.
