Skechers is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to join their team. In this entry-level management role, you’ll oversee store operations, mentor team members, and contribute to achieving sales goals while maintaining a premium shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Management: Provide expert advice on Skechers products, ensuring customers have a great experience and leave with the perfect fit.

• Retail Leadership: Supervise daily operations, including store opening and closing procedures, while ensuring security and operational standards are met.

• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in customer service, sales, and operations.

• Sales and Goals: Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques.

• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain cleanliness to enhance the store environment.

• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock, inventory routines, and collaborate with store management to address operational needs.

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth customer experiences.

• Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong problem-solving skills and organizational abilities for managing inventory, staffing, and operations.

• Desire to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for employees.

• Comfortable mentoring team members and communicating with all store levels.

• Ability to act with confidentiality and urgency.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not required.

• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.

• Starting pay of $16.39/hour, with a range of $16.39 - $17.39/hour.
