Description:
JYNX Recruiting is hiring a Kitchen Manager for a catering company in the DFW area.
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the entire kitchen: scheduling, ordering, inventory, and food cost, plus production for catered events on site and off site. You will lead a small full-time team, with extra hands on at peak.
The role pays $55-60K, with PTO and a family meal every day. Off-site events pay a separate flat fee. The seat is built to grow into an Executive Chef role.
You need a current food manager certification, a real run leading a kitchen, and the ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
