Panda Restaurant Group is seeking Kitchen Team Associates for its location in Humble, TX. This is a full-time opportunity for friendly, motivated individuals to join one of America's largest family-owned Asian dining restaurant chains. The Kitchen Team Associate will prepare and serve food, maintain store cleanliness, and engage with guests, creating a warm and inviting dining experience. Even without prior food service experience, successful candidates will receive comprehensive, hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in a clean and organized kitchen

• Greet guests warmly, handle food service, and operate the cash register

• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards and operational procedures

• Rotate between positions including the front counter, drive-through, and kitchen

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily service goals in a positive atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Friendly and service-oriented attitude

• Prior food service or operational experience is a plus

• Minimum: some high school education

• Food Handler certification (if required by local laws)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long hours and work in hot, noisy kitchen environments

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and reaching across countertops

• Must work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting
