• Represent clients in state and federal courts across Washington D.C., New York, and New Jersey, including hearings, depositions, and motions.

• Advise clients on complex employment law matters and provide strategic, tailored solutions.

• Assist in developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and supporting trial teams in high-stakes litigation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Licensed to practice in Washington D.C., with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.

• Strong skills in drafting motions, conducting depositions, and building persuasive legal arguments.
