Lead Grower

Description:

The function of the Lead Grower is to participate in the growing of healthy plants, under the supervision of the Head Grower, to prepare for sale to our customers. This position will manage a section of plants and be responsible for providing direction to Growers and for the health of the plants in that section.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of successful Grower experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a leader amongst a growing team.
• Applicator’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Selected college/vocational courses in horticulture/greenhouse Management
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
