🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✅ Strong experience in Java/J2EE development
✅ Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security
✅ Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and SOLID Principles
✅ Hibernate / JPA
✅ Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs
✅ JUnit, Mockito, Maven, and Gradle
✅ AWS / Azure / GCP
✅ Docker and Kubernetes
✅ DevOps, CI/CD, and Jenkins
✅ Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL, and NoSQL databases
✅ Minimum 2 years of technical leadership experience

📌 Important Requirements:
Must be local to Albany, NY, or within a 25-mile commuting distance.
Must be available to work onsite 3 days per week.
Health and Human Services (HHS) experience is highly preferred.
Integrated Eligibility System (IES) experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with SNAP, PA, TA, HEAP, Fair Hearings, or Child Support programs is a plus.
Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
