Alamo Colleges District is seeking a Lead Librarian for a full-time position at St. Philip’s College. This professional role involves performing lead librarian duties in an academic setting, with responsibilities including supervising library staff and leading special assignments, programming, and outreach events. The Lead Librarian will play a key role in ensuring the library's services meet the needs of the students and faculty.

Key qualifications include a Master’s degree from an American Library Association (ALA)-accredited program and at least three years of experience as a professional librarian. The role requires experience in leading or supervising teams, as well as training, coaching, and evaluating staff. Additional responsibilities may include scheduling and managing library programs.

The position offers a salary with a 40-hour work week, with occasional weekends and evenings as needed. The successful candidate will be eligible for benefits and will need to undergo a background check and drug screen.
