We are looking for an experienced Lead ServiceNow SPM Developer / Architect with strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), ServiceNow platform development, and AI-powered enterprise solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead ServiceNow SPM architecture, design, development, and implementation.
✅ Implement Demand Management and Project Portfolio Management solutions.
✅ Configure portfolio hierarchies, investment planning, strategic themes, and business objectives.
✅ Design resource allocation, capacity planning, forecasting, and utilization dashboards.
✅ Build executive reporting and portfolio analytics using Performance Analytics and Workspace experiences.
✅ Leverage AI and intelligent automation for demand intake, project risk analysis, capacity forecasting, and resource optimization.
✅ Implement responsible AI governance, security, compliance, and human-in-the-loop validation.
✅ Apply AI-assisted SDLC practices to accelerate requirements, development, testing, and documentation.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Experience with Demand, Project, Program, Resource, Investment, and Agile Management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities, Agentic AI, and workflow automation.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and enterprise reporting.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) preferred/required as specified by the client.
