Duration: 18 months Contract

This role supports Foundry Learning & Development (L&D) through workflow automation, data strategy, dashboard development, knowledge management, and project execution. The position may evolve over time to include additional responsibilities aligned with business needs.
Position Summary
1. Process and Workflow Automation
• Serve as Foundry L&D Automation Champion to assess and define automation needs
• Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and Flow
• Own and maintain existing workflow solutions and SharePoint lists
• Identify and drive process improvement and workflow optimization opportunities
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, ensuring seamless platform integration
• Collaborate with internal automation teams to support workflow solutions and dashboards
2. Technical Support for Foundry Data Strategy and Dashboard Development
• Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for learning metrics and KPIs
• Partner with leadership to define, track, and report learning effectiveness and business impact
• Prepare reports demonstrating performance outcomes of learning solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting systems
• Provide technical guidance on data strategy and best practices for data collection and analysis
3. Knowledge and Learning Management Expertise
• Develop automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort
• Consult with business partners on knowledge management repositories and performance support materials
• Support development and maintenance of Foundry L&D SharePoint sites
4. Project Management
• Use Smartsheet or similar tools to plan, track, and manage L&D projects end-to-end
• Facilitate project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Apply project management best practices and continuous improvement methodologies
5. Coaching and Collaboration
• Establish and leverage a network of internal and external learning and business professionals
• Build strong relationships with L&D leaders and global partners to demonstrate L&D value
• Provide coaching and upskilling support to colleagues as appropriate
• Collaborate with IT to implement and optimize technology solutions within Foundry L&D
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in technology management, information systems, computer science, learning technology, instructional design, performance technology, or related field
• Demonstrated expertise with Power Automate, Flow, and Power BI
• Strong proficiency with DAX programming for Power BI dashboards
• Expertise with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
• Self-starter with a passion for technology, learning, data analysis, and continuous improvement
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and build trust with internal and external partners
• Demonstrated ability to scope, lead, and deliver projects
• Experience with learning management systems, content management, and learning delivery tools
