As a strategic business partner, the selected candidate will work at the intersection of AI innovation, strategy, and learning enablement. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align capability-building programs with key business goals, prioritize learning initiatives, and measure their success in accelerating performance across ServiceNow’s partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders to develop tailored learning strategies addressing capability gaps.
Collaborate within a matrixed organization to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Analyze learning and performance data to identify trends and recommend strategic actions.
Prioritize initiatives based on impact, alignment, and stakeholder needs.
Evaluate and report the effectiveness of learning strategies and recommend improvements.
Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance program efficiency.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in partner enablement, L&D, or related fields, preferably within a fast-paced, tech-oriented company.
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional stakeholders in complex organizations.
Experience integrating AI tools and automation into decision-making or workflow processes.
Proficient in using data to influence learning strategy and execution.
Systems thinking and strong business acumen to understand organizational interdependencies.
Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Conflict mediation and alignment of business and stakeholder needs.
Sound understanding of change management and organizational development principles.
