Learning Coordinator

 

Description:

The primary function of the Learning Coordinator is to assist in executing Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programs. Responsible for execution of courses from inception to completion. Works closely with other members of the department in administering and coordinating these responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Responsible for the execution of logistics for training programs at RSM. This includes, but is not limited to: coordination of classroom needs, preparation of communications, coordination of webcast schedule, moderating webcasts, processing course materials, ordering and shipping supplies, and coordination of on-site logistics and administration.
  • Obtains relevant course/curriculum details for course input into the Learning Management System (LMS).Monitors course enrollments, registers facilitators and participants, executes changes, and updates course data as needed. Manages compliance documentation for peer review folders according to NASBA standards.
  • Functions as site administrator for live training programs.
  • Process continuing professional education (CPE) credits.
  • Other duties as assigned.
