Qualifications You Already Possess (Minimum Qualifications)

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
 

• MA in Marriage and Family Therapy or related clinical disciplines like Mental Health Counseling or Social Work.
• LMFT or LPC or LMHC or LCSW in addition to License in Addictions Counseling (LAC).
• At least two years post-graduate clinical experiences in the field of substance abuse treatment and trauma-informed therapies.
   

Preferred Qualification To Possess (Preferred Qualifications)
 

• Combination of LMFT or LCSW and LAC.
• Expertise in providing clinical services to individuals, couples, and families impacted by substance abuse disorders from a systemic, trauma-informed lens, and/or medical family therapy.
• Experience of providing clinical supervision to graduate students.
• Experience teaching graduate courses.
