Description:
We’re looking for a Founding Head of Brand — someone who can create a brand people trust, love, and rally behind. You’ll work directly with the founders to build our brand identity, voice, and emotional connection from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Define and lead our brand strategy across all channels (visual, voice, experience)
- Translate complex science into compelling, emotionally resonant stories
- Build and evolve messaging across our website, decks, packaging, campaigns, and investor materials
- Lead or collaborate with designers, writers, and product/marketing teammates
- Act as a thought partner in building a brand-led, mission-driven company
- Grow and scale the brand as we move from MVP to national launch
What we’re looking for
- Experience building or shaping a consumer health brand (think Everlywell, Ro, Hims & Hers, Daye, Evvy, etc.)
- Strong instincts for storytelling, design, and user trust — especially in health or biotech
- Hands-on skills across creative direction, messaging, and early-stage brand-building
- Excitement for working with a small, scrappy, fast-moving team
- Bonus: experience in diagnostics, femtech, or science communication
