We are looking for a smart, driven, and detail-oriented Legal Specialist to join our growing Legal team. This is a high-impact role that blends contracts management, legal operations, corporate governance, and cross-functional coordination across a fast-paced, enterprise SaaS environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their legal or tech career who wants to learn and grow alongside experienced in-house counsel.
About The Role
- Manage contract workflows from intake to signature, ensuring contracts are appropriately triaged, approved, and archived
- Assist with completion of RFPs, vendor intake forms, and due diligence questionnaires, with guidance from counsel
- Review customer order forms to ensure alignment with legal playbooks and contract standards
- Track and enter key contract data into internal tools (e.g., Streamline, Salesforce, Google Drive)
- Coordinate updates to contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks
- Assist with the execution and maintenance of corporate records
- Support implementation and optimization of legal tech tools (e.g., repository, GenAI assistant)
- Work with stakeholders across Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Product to support smooth internal legal operations
- Support a broad range of corporate matters and transactions with guidance from counsel and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including with respect to strategic transactions, subsidiary entity management, equity, and other projects
- Assist with the management of outside counsel-facing programs that will include elements of scope and fee negotiation, standard and alternative fee structures, and firm onboarding or off-boarding
- Help ensure compliance with applicable company and departmental policies and procedures
- Assist with other projects as needed
About You
- 1–3 years of experience in a legal, contracts, or business operations role (in-house experience preferred)
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS contracting and the sales cycle
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude
- Experience with tools like DocuSign, Google Drive, Salesforce, CLM platforms, and legal intake tools a plus
