This isn't a typical support role. You will be a key player in designing training, building a modern eLearning library, and developing strategies to drive technology adoption among attorneys and staff.
 

Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
 

• Mandatory Industry Experience: Demonstrable experience working within a law firm or a comparable professional services environment (e.g., accounting, consulting).
• Exceptional Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Training & Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability as an engaging trainer and presenter with strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a client-service focus.
• Technical Aptitude: A rapid learner with the ability to quickly master new software applications and systems.
• Personal Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Flexibility: Must be able to travel to other firm offices as needed.
   

Preferred Qualifications
 

• An associate's or bachelor's degree in a technology, legal studies, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Direct experience with common legal software (e.g., Document Management Systems, time entry, litigation support tools).
