Premise Health, a leading provider of direct healthcare services, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional & Wellness Ambassador to join its team at the AT&T campus in San Ramon, California. This full-time, on-site position plays a dual role — delivering compassionate clinical behavioral health care and promoting holistic wellness across the organization.

The selected candidate will work 32 hours per week (Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) and will lead efforts to foster a proactive, stigma-free culture of mental health and wellbeing. The role includes clinical therapy, wellbeing program facilitation, collaboration with AT&T Benefits, and delivery of evidence-based interventions to support employees’ emotional and psychological health.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMS.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat psychological, emotional, and behavioral conditions.

• Support patients in setting and achieving personal, social, and emotional wellbeing goals.

• Provide counseling on stress, depression, substance abuse, grief, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate with care teams for effective case management, care coordination, and referrals.

• Serve as a Wellbeing Ambassador, leading wellness activities, educational sessions, and engagement initiatives that encourage mental health awareness.

• Develop and promote referral pathways to connect employees with AT&T Benefits resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and data entry.

• Partner with AT&T Benefits and Premise Health teams to design and execute wellbeing campaigns that align with company culture and employee needs.

• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance mental health service delivery.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

• Licenses: Must hold one of the following valid state licenses – LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, LPCMH, LCPC, or equivalent.

• Certification: CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality) certification required within 12 months of hire.

• Experience: At least 4 years of counseling or clinical experience in treating depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, family and marital issues, grief, and crisis intervention.

• Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong clinical judgment and cultural competence.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to engage in crisis management and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.

  • Experience working in integrated behavioral health or wellness environments is preferred.

Work Environment

• Schedule: 32 hours per week, Monday–Thursday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM); Fridays off.

• Setting: On-site role based at AT&T campus in San Ramon, CA.

• Focus: Combination of direct clinical service and proactive wellbeing engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $83,519.20 – $104,399.00 annually (equivalent to $6,960 – $8,700 per month).
