Tona Therapy is a values-driven, fully virtual group practice rooted in trauma-informed, holistic mental health care. We are currently seeking a warm, grounded, and emotionally attuned Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is licensed in New York State and aligned with our mission of healing through connection and emotional safety.

This is a part-time, flexible opportunity ideal for clinicians looking to gradually build a caseload in a supportive environment. Our practice centers on the belief that true healing integrates mind, body, and soul. The role includes teletherapy services for individual clients, with optional involvement in group sessions, social media initiatives, and in-person retreats.

Tona Therapy provides operational and billing support, liability coverage, and use of Simple Practice software. We offer a 60/40 revenue split, and therapists are W2 employees with biweekly pay via Gusto. You’ll have the freedom to set your own hours and decide whether to conduct client intakes or delegate them. Therapists also receive the full session fee for the third session of any client they independently bring in.

We value clinicians with a strong foundation or interest in trauma modalities like EMDR, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), or specialists in DBT/CBT. This position is especially suited for therapists passionate about holistic healing and creating emotionally safe therapeutic spaces.
