Licensed Clinician

Description:

Thriveworks is seeking independently licensed clinicians in Huntsville, Alabama to provide both telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions. The organization is clinician-founded and clinician-led, focused on transforming mental health care by empowering clinicians to deliver exceptional care while receiving strong administrative and professional support.

The role is ideal for behavioral health generalists, clinicians interested in autonomy as well as teamwork, and those seeking growth into clinical leadership or supervisory roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 15-21 therapy sessions per week, providing care to individuals, couples, or children as appropriate.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services with integrity, openness, and commitment to patient care.

• Participate in professional development, peer consultations, and training opportunities.

• Engage in clinical leadership or supervisory roles if desired.

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted licensure in Alabama as LICSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist.

• Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to 100300 USD/year depending on licensure type, session volume, and bonuses.
