Description:

Thriveworks, a clinician-founded and clinician-led national private practice group operating in 48 states, is seeking Licensed Talk Therapists to provide both telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions in Tampa, Florida. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a minimum of 25 client sessions per week, including individual, couples, and/or children’s therapy (training and support provided).

• Deliver high-quality behavioral health services with integrity, empathy, and adaptability.

• Complete session notes within 24 hours.

• Engage in team collaboration and case consultations to ensure best practices.

• Potential to grow into leadership or supervisory roles within the organization.
