Thriveworks, a clinician-founded and clinician-led mental health organization with over 340 locations nationwide, is seeking licensed mental health professionals in Florida to join their Boca Raton team in a hybrid role that includes both telehealth and in-person sessions. This position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive environment that values autonomy, collaboration, and quality care. The role involves providing therapy to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and children, while maintaining high professional standards and ethical practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting 15–21 therapy sessions per week
