Description:

Thriveworks, a leading mental health provider with 340+ locations nationwide, is seeking Licensed Couples and Family Therapists to provide hybrid care (telehealth and in-person) in Little Elm, Texas. This role is ideal for independently licensed clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to couples and families while benefiting from a supportive, clinician-led organization.

Key responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, managing a caseload of 25+ weekly sessions (with support to build within 90 days), and participating in peer consultations and professional development opportunities. Thriveworks offers a robust clinical infrastructure, including credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, to allow clinicians to focus on patient care.
