LifeStance Health, a leading national provider of outpatient mental health care, is actively seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT) to join their clinical team in Statesville, North Carolina. As a key member of LifeStance Health’s therapy team, you will provide individualized counseling and therapy to diverse patient populations, helping individuals, couples, and families address emotional and behavioral challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, or groups, addressing mental health, emotional, and behavioral issues.

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and professional standards.

• Offer telehealth and in-person therapy sessions, based on client and clinician preferences.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care.

• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines.

• Promote a positive and supportive therapeutic environment for patients and staff alike.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must hold an active LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of North Carolina.

• Proven experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
