Qualifications

Ideally a minimum of 3 recent years of experience with the following:

• First-party property homeowners' insurance claims on the plaintiff or defense side (hailstorms, wildfires, floods, etc.)
• Must be able to attend occasional court appearances
• TX, CO, CA, NV, or LA license is a plus
• Trial experience is a plus

Education

• JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted and in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association
