Locum Dentist

Description:

Smile Brands Inc., supporting Midwest Dental, is seeking a Locum Dentist to join a collaborative and patient-centered dental practice in West St. Paul, MN.
The role combines clinical autonomy with the support of a strong operational network — giving dentists the freedom to focus on quality care while benefiting from shared systems and ongoing professional development.

You will work alongside a supportive clinical community and practice at the top of your license, leading a motivated dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead daily team huddles to set goals and align on patient care priorities.

• Provide comprehensive dental care with full clinical autonomy.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients.

• Conduct detailed examinations and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Delegate effectively to staff to maintain smooth workflow and maximize efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to ethical standards, legal requirements, and patient confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

• Active state dental license (or in process).

• Commitment to providing high-quality, ethical dental care.

COMPENSATION

• Hourly rate: $100 – $125 per hour

• Compensation varies based on experience and location.
