• Coordinate and expedite domestic & international shipments
• Act as liaison with freight forwarders, brokers & customers
• Prepare and submit compliant shipping documentation
• Book shipments & manage consolidations for cost efficiency
• Troubleshoot lost, delayed or damaged shipments
• Maintain shipment records & ensure GDP compliance
