Machine Operator

Description:

Cerro Flow Products LLC, a member of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Level Wound Coiler for their night shift operations. This role involves working at a coiling machine to ensure smooth and accurate production, maintain equipment, and uphold quality standards. The position offers hands-on experience in industrial machinery and is ideal for candidates starting their careers in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate coiling machines according to work orders and production specifications.

• Calibrate machines and check for quality issues in coils.

• Band coils and place them on pallets for packing.

• Perform basic equipment adjustments, routine maintenance, and cleaning.

• Follow safety procedures and company policies during all operations.

• Work primarily on the night shift from 8:00 pm to 6:00 am.

• Work under close supervision, with guidance provided for tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience, typically in a machine operator or similar manufacturing role.

• Ability to perform basic machine adjustments and follow quality standards.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Ability to work night shifts and maintain consistent performance.
