✅ Mainframe Expertise: Hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and Mainframe Utilities
✅ CICS / MQ Series experience
✅ Strong Analytical Skills to independently analyze complex code and extract business rules
✅ Project Management: Strong skills to manage, coordinate, and lead project efforts
✅ Ability to gather requirements, design, code, test, and implement solutions
✅ Experience with Agile methodologies
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
