Maintenance Manager

Our client is a multi billion dollar packaging manufacturing company with a strong hold on their space. They are completely vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning strictures. Managers are usually promoted within 12-18 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that. This is a site level Maintenance Leadership role with 16 Technicians reporting in on 4 shifts. Coaching and training is the key to success in this role

Qualifications

• BS Engineering required
• 8+ years of Maintenance leadership in manufacturing
• Strengths in management, training and mentoring
• Full mechanical and electrical maintenance skillset
